While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or size may occur due to the natural nature of plants.

2.2 Plant Care Responsibility

Once plants are delivered, proper care becomes the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns for plants showing distress due to improper care after delivery.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery for items in original condition. Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

• Plants showing distress from improper care
• Personalized items
• Sale/clearance plants

• Any damages resulting from improper plant care after delivery
• Shipping delays beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.)
• Minor variations in plant appearance from website images
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected items.
