Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and faster delivery

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders shipped to most destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Return Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium plants. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note About Plant Returns

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • All live plants that have been planted
  • Plants showing signs of distress due to improper care after delivery
  • Personalized items (if applicable)
  • Sale items or clearance plants

This includes all bedding plants, hanging basket plants, and perennials from our product range that show signs of damage caused after delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in the same condition as when received (with original packaging if possible)
  • Must include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

  4. Receive resolution – Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email notification
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive your return, with shipping costs calculated based on your new order total.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you received incorrect items:

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending replacements or issuing a refund
