At Fresh Garden Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium bedding plants, hanging baskets, and perennial plants. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (with original packaging if possible) and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for plants that have been planted or show signs of distress due to improper care after delivery. This includes all bedding plants, hanging basket plants, and perennials listed in our menu.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Plant Happiness Team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request.
  2. Provide details about your order and the reason for return/exchange (see template below).
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship your return to our address at 4458 Angus Road, LONG BEACH, US 39560 using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be calculated based on your new order total.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you received incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect items. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending replacements or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our nursery:

  • All live plants that have been planted
  • Plants showing signs of distress due to improper care after delivery
  • Personalized items (if applicable)
  • Sale items or clearance plants
