We specialize in premium bedding plants that bring instant color and vibrancy to your garden. Our collections include award-winning Fuchsias, Petunias, Geraniums, Calibrachoa, Dahlias, and hanging basket plants. We carefully select each plant at its optimal growth stage to ensure it thrives in your garden.
How do you ensure plant quality during shipping?
We use our proprietary Plant Protection System featuring breathable yet insulating wrap to maintain ideal humidity, custom-shaped containers to prevent shifting, and temperature-controlled packaging for sensitive varieties. Every plant receives final hydration and nutrients before shipping from our climate-controlled facility.
Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! We include clear care instructions with every shipment, and our plants are selected for their vigor and ease of establishment. Many of our customers report their plants bloom within days of planting – even outperforming local nursery plants!

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders more easily and saves your information for future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact our Plant Happiness Team immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly (within 1-2 days), so we can’t guarantee changes after that window.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally from our Long Beach nursery, excluding Asia and select remote areas. During extreme temperatures, we may temporarily pause shipments to affected regions to protect plant health.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:

Standard Express Delivery ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with real-time tracking.
Free Value Shipping: Available for orders $50+, shipped via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our horticulturists carefully select and prepare each order within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive notification when your plants are on their way!
Can I track my order?
Yes! For Standard Express orders, you’ll receive real-time tracking updates. For Free Value Shipping, tracking may be limited depending on destination. Either way, we’ll email you when your plants are dispatched.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged or don’t thrive?
We stand behind every plant with our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee. If your plants don’t arrive in healthy condition or fail to thrive within 15 days of receipt, we’ll replace them at no cost. Please contact our Plant Happiness Team with photos of the issue.
How do I initiate a return or replacement?
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number, photos of the plants, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the simple process.
Do I need to return the plants for a replacement?
No need to return the plants – we trust our gardening community! For health and safety reasons, we don’t require returns of plant material.
